Subject- information on Backhaul Outage payment for LWE Vendors year 2019.
Dear Sir
The undersigned requests information under RTI Act 2005 for the following points mentioned below :
1. Did USOF in Department of Telecommunications pay to BSNL in 2019 for OFC maintenance to LWE vendors.
2. Did USOF received details from BSNL for payment with regard to point no 1.
3. Were the services affected when When OFC was cut.
4. Did USOF pay for the downtime because of OFC cut.
5. What is the amount pending which is to be paid to BSNL for onward payment to BSNL vendors from USOF.
6. Is Matter still pending with USOF.
