Please let me know on the following:
1. Can a new and duplicate sim be issued to anyone who is not physically present along with original id details?
2. Can a new/duplicate sim be issued without biometric evidence of sim holder?
3. What all documents are required for issuing/reissuing a new sim?
4. How the sim is issued during lockdown? Has any sim reissued without a person providing any details of self to the operator?
5. Can any representative of any telephone operator issue a new sim or reissue a sim by asking customer response on SMS who is not physically present at any outlet or branch of the operator?
