Kindly arrange to provide the following information under RTI act 2005 and adhere to the 30 days timeline of RTI act 2005
1) Kindly arrange to provide a copy of the order through which DoP PA Wing has been assigned the role of cadre controlling authority in respect of IP and TAFS Group B Gazetted
2) Kindly arrange to provide the copy of order or resolution through which powers have been delegated to DoT SEA Wing through which letter no. 18 01 2015 SEA II Part I Vol II dated 08 10 2021 has been issued by DoT(SEA wing) to hold in abeyance any orders/guidelines issued by DoP PA Wing being the cadre controlling authority in respect of IP&TAFS Group B Gazetted
3. Kindly arrange to provide a copy of approved note sheet by virtue of which letter no 18 01 2015 SEA II Part
I Vol II dated 08 10 2021 has been issued
4. Policy regarding Station Tenure in respect of IP and TAFS Group A officer in DoT Headquarter
5. Policy regarding Post Tenure in respect of IP and TAFS Group A officer in DoT Headquarter
6. Provide me List of SAG officers in DoT Headquarter who have completed post tenure in the period from January 2014 to 11 10 2021 but still have been retained in DoT Headquarter
7. Please provide a copy of notesheet in which proposals related to completion of post tenure and further course of action in this regard is proposed. If no such proposals are initiated, state the reasons thereof
8. Provide the List of SAG officers in DoT Headquarter who have completed post tenure in the period from January 2014 to 11 10 2021, but still have been retained in DoT Headquarter
9. Provide me ground under which such SAG officers have been retained in DoT Headquarters.
