1. What is GHAR TAK FIBER scheme. Please provide latest and complete GoI policy of same scheme.
2. How many conection is provided under this scheme in whole india.
3. Also provide detail of names and address of all location under MUzaffarpur district Bihar, where under this scheme Fiber connection is provided.
4. Under the scheme as mentioned in para1, whether connection is provided under Village Phulad pincode 843107. If yes please provide date and time on which connection is provide.
5. Under the scheme as mentioned in para 1 ,what rates is fixed by GoI for this cooncetion under rural area.
