The following information may please provide under RTI Act 2005.
(1) Provide a copy of minimum age to get a SIM card on his name in year 2010, 2015 and 2020.
(2) Provide a copy of instruction/order given to MOBILE SIM DISTRIBUTOR to issue a sim card. Govt Policy to be provided.
(3) Provide a copy of legal action once MOBILE SIM DISTRIBUTOR do not follow govt instructions/policy letter issued to all India mobile distributor. Provide a policy copy of the year 2015 and recent year.
(4) What are the guideline to given to idea and others mobile distributor while purchasing of sim card. Who is govt authority to check/audit the Prepaid connection forms.
