I am seeking information under RTI act 2005,
1, whether online rummy game for money legalised by any law of india, if so which law or act provide legal support to online rummy game for money.
2, whether online rummy companies registered with our company act if so what type of business they are doing.
3, which games are legal under gambling act india, any provision or explanation regarding online games in the gambling act,
4, whether our constitution given right to online gambling for money like card game ,rummy, cassino etc.,if so which clause,
5, online rummy companies like rummycircle.com,rummyculture.com,ace2three.com etc.. given adverdisement through digital media that huge amount of bonus amount given if any open account with them , is it offence under our adverdisement act,
