I want to now the procedure for Grievance redressal by DOT in case any private telecom operator(Specifically Airtel) is not providing service.Also provide number of Grievances registered with DOT in last 6 months and Out of these how much are satisfactorily provided with redressal.Also please Kindly provide me the detail about average time taken by DOT to resolve user problems and What options are available to me in case No redressal is being provided.
