sir,
recently i have a port request for my mobile no 9439873238 as i have lost my phone. my number has been ported to airtel cug plan of rs149, now the problem is my sim was activated on 3rd of this month i can make calls n data usage but the incoming calls or sms is not working, for which i am not able to receive otp from my bank.
i made call several times to airtel customer care, every time they raise a service request and ask me to wait for 24 hrs.
1. still now i am not able to get incoming sms n calls.
airtel store is also not responding as well as airtel call centre...
kindly help me go sort out from this trouble...
