Respected Sir,
Kindly provide the process of authorization that is to be followed by Telecom Operators to re-issue the mobile number to other persons (After it is deactivated).
Data :
1. List of Mobile numbers re-issued (With Columns - Mobile Number - Previous Teleco Operator - Previous Circle - New Telco - New Circle - Reason of Reissue)
2. How (if, at all) banking and other institutions were notified of the change in subscriber so as to update/confirm with the customer for a change in their authentication process.
