Sir,
Please do me, Sohan Dey, not the street Under the Right to Information Act, 2005, the following information should be given to the mobile tower installed at address D-56 Gali no-5, Rajapuri road,near bindapur dda flats, Uttam Nagar Delhi 110059.
1. Sohan Dey, address-2rd floor Q-209 uttam Vihar New delhi 110059, would like to get some information regarding installation of mobile tower.
2.The Structure Ability Certificate of the mobile tower installed at the above address is required and if this is approved , then reason for approval as non of the society people are agree.
3.Consent (NOC) has been taken from people living near the mobile tower at the above address, if consent has been obtained, then which ones was taken, a copy of their consent (NOC) should be given.
4.If any damage is done after the installation of mobile tower to the near by residence , who will be responsible the owner or service provider, the copy should be given to us if taken, if not taken, then the reasons should be given.
5.The information given in the above address should be given to the mobile tower, whether it is in the residential area or not.
6. The mobile tower installed on the above address, he adheres to all the guidelines, we would like to have the information.
7. We have asked for the removal of the mobile towers located at the above address and which department will have to contact and it should be given to us.
8. If there are structural safety certificates received from the nominated body, which are installed on the above mobile address, then a copy of the certificate should be made available, if not, should notify the reasons.
9.how can municipality give authority to install the tower without NOC, if NOC is not required, then we need a copy of document is should be handed to us. If NOC is taken then would required a copy. if not taken the reasons and still tower is installing we need a reason.
10.Whether or not there are any TRAI instructions for applying mobile towers on roof tops, if yes, then copy should be given.
11. after few years if children are effected with the harmful radiations of the tower then who will be responsible..
12. if we have any approval that we can install mobile tower near government school which is not even 50 meter away from the above address.. if still this is approved, we need a copy.
