1. If any registered Unified License Holder under ISP-B in Delhi Service Area, provide any service out side his Mentioned Service Area (DELHI), than is there any penalty Clause or Legal action can be done against that ISP. If Yes please suggest the process.
2. If any non-registered Local Cable Operator Serves Delhi & Haryana Service Area, than is there any penalty Clause or Legal action can be done against that ISP. If Yes please suggest the process.
