I am to state that I, Saikat Dasgupta at present working as Data Entry Operator (Grade -B) , Level - 5, in the O/o the JS & CAO, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi under AFHQ cadre.
My home town is Kolkata (West Bengal). Recently I Have got the NOC (Under compassionate ground, being a single child of my parents) from my department for inter departmental unilateral transfer.
I am a BSc. Computer Science (H) Graduate. My DOB is 04-11-1991. My category is General (UR). I have been selected through SSC Graduate Level Examination, 2015. I have ranked 9.
I seek the following information under RTI Act 2005.
I may please be informed that,
1. Whether there is any provision to get a unilateral transfer (Inter Departmental Transfer , as per DoPT rules) , permanent absorption, in your department, in any post of Level -5 or below , located at Kolkata or West Bengal. If it is possible then pls stated me the Inter Departmental Transfer procedure.
2. Please stated me the list of offices (Full Address With Contact Details) and post wise vacancies for Level 1 to 5 in your office located at Kolkata.
