Please provide following information under the RTI Act, 2005-
i. Whether the office of Director (Civil) dealing with the establishment matter of P&T BWS Civil Group A is in receipt of following documents issued by the DoPT for the CRC meeting in reference of P&T BWS Group A-
a. DoPT OM No.I-11011/01/2013-CRD dated 27.8.2018.
b. DoPT OM No I-11011/5/2013-CRD dated 14.9.2018.
c. DoPT OM No. 11011/5/2013-CRD dated 31.7.2019.
d. DoPT OM No. 11011/5/2013-CRD dated 23.8.2019.
ii. Whether the office of Director (Civil) is in know of Cadre Review proposal of P&T BWS Group A submitted by DoT to DoPT vide letter dated 21.3.2013 under the signature of Sr DDG (BW) with the approval of Honourable MoC wherein the proposal is also signed by the Director (Civil) on 30.1.2013.
iii. Please provide the number of existing posts in the SAG grade for P&T BWS Civil Group A shown in the documents referred in i.a., i.b., i.c., i.d. and ii. above.
iv. Please provide information whether the number of existing posts in the SAG grade for P&T BWS Civil Group A shown in the documents referred in i. and ii. above has been recommended for modification/correction by the DoT to the DoPT. If yes, copy of such reference may please be provided.
v. Please provide copy of the references made by the DoT to DoPT for modification in the posts shown in the DoPT documents cited at i.a to d. above since 27.8.2018 for the officers of P&T BWS.
vi. Please provide information whether the office of Director (Civil), DoT has received reference made by S.K. Narnoli, General Secretary of P&T Group A- Civil Engineers Association regarding existing posts in the SAG grade for P&T BWS Civil Group A made vide letter dated 28.3.2018 and 19.4.2018 (copy enclosed). If yes, please provide photo copy of the note sheet of the file dealing with the disposal of said letters separately.
vii. Please provide information whether the office of Director (Civil), DoT has received reference made by S.K. Narnoli, General Secretary of P&T Group A- Civil Engineers Association regarding existing posts in the SAG grade for P&T BWS Civil Group A made vide letter dated 16.11.2018, 19.12.2018, 11.1.2019, 3.7.2019 and 26.8.2019 (copy enclosed). If yes, please provide photo copy of the note sheet of the file dealing with the disposal of said letters separately.
