Since there is a communications blockade in Jammu and Kashmir from August 5, 2019, especially the mobile and Internet, it has resulted in telecom companies still charging consumers with monthly bills even though no service was provided.
1. Will the govt. ask the telecom companies to reimburse the money. If not why
2. Also, many students have paid fees for various online courses from sites like Coursera etc and the fees in thousands. Who will cover for the losses
3. Also, I want to know the official definition of terrorism
4. Is there a difference between the terms rebel, militant and terrorist
5. Since many people have been arrested since August 5, please provide details about the number of detainees lodged inside the valley, outside valley and number of detainees under PSA and other acts.
