1. As per Rule 39.22 License Agreement the TSP is supposed to provide active support to the TERM cells of DoT for detection of clandestine and illegal telecommunication facilities. Provide the meaning of both clandestine and illegal telecommunication facilities as what are the categories of activities which falls under this.
