2. Based on records, Please mention that in yes or no that whether any retiral benefits in terms of Leave encashment and Gratuity was paid by DOT to Sh. AK Saxena for duration between 1.10.2000 to 19.07.2004.
3. Please provide the soft copy of DOT letter issued to Sh. AK Saxena or DOT letter to BSNL so that BSNL issued this deemed technical resignation letter to Sh. AK Saxena
