Information Regarding - the copy of the rules and guidelines to be followed before installing mobile towers and in the residential areas or near schools.
Please provide the following information u/s 2(f), (i), (j) and 6(1) of the RTI Act 2005:
1. Please provide the copy of the rules and guidelines to be followed before installing mobile towers in the residential areas or near schools.
2. Please inform the minimum distance to be kept from any residential area/ schools to install a mobile tower.
3. Please provide the permissions/license required to install to tower.
