Cell phone is being installed in our village which is one the school campus itself & almost inside a village. We are worried & would like to know the answer for the following questions,
1. What are the rules & regulations proposed by TRAI while setting up a cell phone at rural/villages & on the school campus.
2. What are all government officials permission needed to install a cell phone tower.
3. Do not the CellPhone Company/Agency need permission from School/Public from Village to install the CellPhone tower..
4. What are the certificates/documents need to be produced to get CellPhone tower installation Approval..
5. Is it not possible to stop Cell Phone tower installation if the whole village is against installing the Cellphone tower.
6. Is it possible to move the tower to some other place where people does not live or close to forest or some other least populated area..
7. What is the current status of the CellPhone Tower which is being installed at Vaguthupatti (Village), Krishnapuram(Post), Dharmapuri (Taluk & District), Tamilnadu - 635202..
8. What is the frequency & other configuration permitted at the above mentioned tower & Which network is actually installing the Tower..
9. How many years the Tower will be staying & how much money land owner would get from CellPhone Network/Agency..
