Request provide the copy of rules for the following:-
1. Procedure for installation of mobile tower on house roof of residential colony.
2. Rules for obtaining NOC and whose NOCs are required. If, NOC of neighbour and society is not required, provide a copy of rule for that.
3. Rules for distance and height from neighbours house.
4. Certificate stating no harmful raditions affecting life and noice pollution is being released by these towers.
5. Loss/damage to life and property being provided to neighbours in case of fall of tower due to wind, earthquake and technical fault.
6. Administrative authority empowered to stop such construction.
