I am from Mumbai, filing this RTI to know whether SIP _VoIP communication is allowed in India or not. I am explaining my query using example
1_ Can a group members of company communicate using digital intercom system to all the members of same network group via internet using third party mobile App
If yes then How
2_ Can a Sales manager of a company communicate to sales representative which is on the field using third party mobile app having Internet in his mobile that is smart phone
3_ Can we use static IP in modem and communicate to all members in a group using third party mobile app
4_ Is SIP _ VoIP telephony services are allowed in India
If yes then what is the range
5 _ What are the restriction on SIP _ VoIP telephony services in India
Please guide us and give solution on the above query
