1. Letter No. DP/JDH/2016/No 2118/RC JDH 2016 A 0001/CBI dated 28-06-2016, along with all the enclosures.
2. Letter No 016/P & T/015-319660 dated 11-07-2016 from Director CVC.
3. The dates on which these documents were received in your office.
