1. As Supreme court of India declared that Aadhar card details is not mandatory for SIM cards still all network providers made Aadhar card as mandatory requirement for new sim card purchase this means private organisations not obeying Supreme court orders what is the action been taken for this issue.
2. All my bank details and identity details were linked to my Aadhar card. Currently private organisations (like network providers) is easily able to access my personal details, what is the limitation for accessibility and what is the security measures taken to protect personal details like bank detail, credit card, pancard details, income tax, credit/debit transactions , unique identity (which is recorded during registration), other mobile numbers, etc.
3. What is the security system, limitations & counter measure defined to network operator to keep individual personal data with safe.
