1) Whether employees appointed by DOT against seats reserved for SC/ST category are required to submit Caste Validity Certificate issued by Scrutiny Committee constituted by State of Maharashtra.
2) In reference to information requested as per above point No. 1 any Office Memorandum, Circular or letter if issued, kindly provide copies of same.
