I wish to obtain information regarding the details that can be shared between any telecom companies providing a postpaid service to the Customer. Following are the details which I am concerned about and need actual guidelines/rules regarding the same.
i. Up to what extent my personal data like Name, Number, Plans, Bills Paid, Balance Due etc. with my register telecom operator providing postpaid services can be shared/obtained by other telecom operators without my consent.
ii. What can a customer do, if other telecom operators obtain my balance due without my knowledge if they are obtaining it illegally.
iii. Does my previously register telecom operator has access to my current information about plans subscribed, balance due etc with new operator after porting from the same to the new operator.
Please let me know the actual rules/guidelines regarding the above queries.
