1. Can a mobile prepaid connection be taken by a person who does not have an AADHAR issued by UIDAI
2. Can an existing prepaid mobile user PORT to some other mobile operator in prepaid category with some other valid ID & address proof documents if he does not have AADHAR
3. Can a mobile operator refuse to provide prepaid mobile connection to a person who does not have AADHAR but have valid PAN card & Voter Card
4. Can a mobile operator refuse to PORT to prepaid mobile connection to a person who does not have AADHAR but have valid PAN card & Voter Card
5. Is it mandatory to have AADHAR for applying for a new connection

7. Can a company refuse to PORT to a customer without assigning reason of rejection
