1. How many cards any Indian can keep or issued to him or her
2. What is the minimum or maximum age of owning SIM card
3. Can anyone have more than one SIM card, if yes then
a. Can it be from same service provider or different provider cards can be taken
b. Can it be taken in the name of any institute or shop or company
c. Can it is transferrable within family or relative
d. Can it be inherited in family
e. Can any Indian keep other then Indian company card which is active in India, while living in India, other than tourist or businessman
4. What is the penalty or punishment for keeping more than one SIM card
5. What is the penalty or punishment for not attaching SIM card with AADAHR card
