I am a citizen of India by birth and requested to please supply the following information.
1. Please supply the ruling regarding payment of leave encashment in respect of external candidates joined as JAO in BSNL in March-2005.
2. Please supply the copy of BSNL letter No 1.39/2012-PAT (BSNL) pt dated 22.11.2013.
3. Please supply the copy of DOT letter No 7-26/(1)//2013-PAT dated 22.01.2013.
4. Sh Satya Pal Sharma, ShRajinder Singh Tushir had also JAO joined in BSNL in Feb-2005 and retired from the post of AO from BSNL corporate office Please supply the sanction memos of leave encasement of these officers.
5. Haryana circle is disobeying the orders of corporate office for not allowing leave encasement to similar retired officers without knowledge of corporate office. Please inform the same in yes or no.
6. Kindly supply the copy of BSNL board resolution in which Haryana Circle have been given the power not to obey/deviate the BSNL orders /instructions and to take its own discretionary decision to allow or disallow the benefit of leave encashment .
It is further submitted that My Husband Sh Rai Singh HRMS NO 200500435 is going to retired from BSNL service on 30.04.2018 on superannuation and any adverse decision in the matter will lead in a hardship to my family. Therefore, I have the stake in the information
