4. All the mobile based applications ask for access to contacts, images, files, notes and internal storage of the mobile phone. Is it legal. What are the guidelines issued by TRAI in this regards.
5. In cases wherein sensitive information stored on the cell phone, which is totally private, is shared by these apps leading to frauds including unauthorized debits from savings accounts what rules or guidelines have been issued by TRAI, including the redressal mechanism formulated.
