Please provide us the below requested information , as per the Right to Information Act 2005 kindly send this at the earliest or within 30 days, through the certified copies at below mentioned address or through electronic mail.
QUESTION 1. how longer (in years ) mobile call detail records (CDR) of any customer can be stored by telecom companies (both private and psu).
QUESTION 2. how longer mobile call detail records (CDR) from telecom companies (both private and psu) servers can be reproduce and regenerated in murder cases. Can it be reproduced/ regenerate after 8 years .
QUESTION 3. can call detail records (CDR) data manipulate manually .
QUESTION 4. Can output of the call detail records (CDR) in the form of printout format on paper can be changed by any telecom companies every time .
QUESTION 5. Is company nodal officer or any other authority has right to drawn or generate call detail records (CDR) from the server and issue the 65 B certificate under section IEA 1872 of evidence act.
