Being a citizen of India I want the following information.
1) Whether it is mandatory to provide ADHAR number right now to get a new mobile prepaid connection as the last date of linking ADHAR number with mobile number is February 2017 and the customer can do the linking of ADHAR number later within the stipulated time.
2) If the linking of ADHAR number right now is not mandatory and the mobile service provider refuse to give new connection without ADHAR number then what is the procedure to get relief.
3) Whether linking of ADHAR number for existing mobile user can be done by submitting the copy of the ADHAR card/number or it is mandatory to do it it by e KYC i.e. scanning of left thumb etc.
