mera IDEA sim card haryana se h, but mera Aadhar card delhi ka h. jab maine aapki guideline ke according apna sim aadhar se verify karne IDEA store par pahucha to all formalities complete karne k baad jb Biometric krne lga to mera biometric accept ni hua. IDEA Store Executive ne kha ki aapka Aadhar No. delhi se h to Apka verification haryana me ni ho skta, same thing Delhi me hui unhone kha aapka SIM Haryana ka hai, apka verification haryana se hi hoga.
IDEA Customer Care par call karne par wo bhi koi satisfied answer ni de sake.
1. Sir my SIM is nearly 10 years old, but I am working in Delhi, that is why, my aadhar card is related to Delhi. According to Government of India a single person can occupy only 1 Aadhar card, So please answer me how can i Verify my SIM card with Aadhar.
Pls. Reply as early as possible.
