With the information related to the fraud online transactions in banking account and proper redressal of it I seek the following information:
1. Is it necessary to link Adhar Number with mobile number
2. Is it necessary to link Adhar Number with bank account
3. In case of a person if link Adhar number and bank Account number with the same mobile number, becomes a victim of this kind of online theft of his account then who will compensate
4. Does the Government take the liability of the loss of such theft and the reimbursement of the money that got theft , if not then how can the government assure the security related to it
