Dear Sir,
There are two queries listed down..Kindly provide clarification for the same.
1. Can an Internet Service Provider appoint Payment Collection Agency to collect end customer payment in the name of Collection Agency.
Or
The end customer payment has to be directly deposited to the Internet Service Provider Bank account.
2. Can a Registered LCO (local Cable Operator) can collect end customer payment on behalf of Internet Service Provider.
