To obtain copies of prior written consent and/or permission given to ISP Syscon Infoways Pvt Ltd for it to either directly or indirectly, assign or transfer the ISP License issued by DOT to any third party or enter into any agreement for sub license and/or partnership in relation to any subject matter of the ISP License also provide copies of any tripartite agreement if existing. Also provide documents regarding change of name of the ISP Company Syscon Infoways Pvt Ltd as per the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and letter of intimation to DOT by the Licensee or the name changed Entity.
