1. Is there any restriction on having a mobile tower on top of a residential premises.
2. If the response to above point 1 is yes, whom should one complain if the mobile tower is on top of a residential premises.
3. Please provide details of all mobile towers installed within the vicinity of Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh including the Name in which such towers are registered, Address, Licenses. Permissions and authorizations issued with respect to such tower installations.
4. Please confirm if all these towers are compliant with the requirements mandated by Law including TRAI.
