On going through the records, I feel that the available information has been provided by the CPIO. TES Group B RRs 1981, amended in 1986 and RS 19996 are available on DoT website i.e. Download The file ( bytes) 
under Circular/Notification of Staff Division. No other material information is available in the Section. In view of the above, as the information has already been provided, the appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
