lakhimpur assam ppo no.wbt/cca/ppo-5359/03-04 consequent to ida merger 78.2 % wef 1-1-2007 notionally and with actual benefit wef 10-6-2013
brief history of the case-as per dot order no.40-13/2013-pen(t) dt 18-7-2016 pension of all bsnl pensioners /family pensioners who retired before 10-6- 2013 was to be revised giving benefit of 78.2% ida merger wef 1-1-2007 notionally and wef 10-6-2013 actually and all such pension revision cases 9should have been settled by 31-12-2016 including payment of arrears but in this case perhaps even revised family pension orders have not been issued. as informed by the dgm ( mtce) guwahati, case has been sent to you by him alongwith necessary recommendation for issue of revised family pension orders.
information required-now kindly supply the following informations under rti act 2005-
(1) copy of revised ppo if issued
(2)reason of delay if not issued so far
(3) copy of the covering letter sent by dgm( mtce) guwahati in this regard alongwith revised pension calculation sheet to cca wbt kolkata
