Respected Sir/Madam,
I am keep receiving notifications from my postpaid mobile connection provider _ Vodafone, to attach Aadhar number with the existing postpaid connection. They are referring to the Government order released on 11.04.2017 (File No.800_26/2016_AS.II) during the process.
But as per the honorable Supreme court ruling dated Aug 02, 2017., on Right to privacy is conflict with the DoT notice.
Is the KYC through Aadhar number overruled by the Supreme court order. Should every Indian citizen still mandated to provide Aadhar number for existing mobile connection. Please clarify and confirm.
