I want following information under Rti act 2005 :
(1) As Supreme court verdicts adhar card is not a mandatory document. how the mobile service provider makes adhar card manadtory for a sim connection.
(2) As other document like driving license , voter id card , passport and other relevant document are use less and not able to issue a mobile sim connection.
(3) Why adhar card is mandatory by the department of tele communication or trai.
(4) What are the benefit of it.
