1. What is the maximum height permitted by the IT Department for the Cell Phone Towers
2. Specify the areas in which Cell phone towers can be erected
3. What should be the minimum distance between the cell phone tower and the other nearby buildings viz. residential building, commercial building, open area etc
4. If cell phone towers can be erected on the terrace of the residential / commercial buildings What are the precautions that should be taken by a cell phone company before erecting a cell phone tower
5. Before erecting a cell phone tower any prior permission from any authority is necessary. Please provide the necessary information in detail of such authorities.
6. Is there any minimum distance between two cell phone towers
7. Who is granting permission for erection of the tower for a particular spot.
8. If permission for cell phone towers will be granted for any specific period by Govt. dept.
