Request :

Hello Sir

For the past few every telecom network operator is asking to submit the aadhar card for existing customers. everyday when we make a call , a computer voice tells us to submit the Aadhar card to avoid the interrupt in the connection.
As per Supreme Courts interim order Aadhar card is voluntary and not mandatory, So I have not taken Aaadhar card, but the network operator forces to submit the same.

1. So Kindly clarify any such order or circular has been issued by the Government to the network operators ,If Yes Please send a copy of the same.
2 As a person like me without Aadhar can continue the network service or not.

3 Now a days when we call a customer if the line is busy then computer voice like (customer is busy, not reachable or switched off ) is conveyed in most of the network operators by Hindi first and English even in Non Hindi states before that it would be in regional languages first and English , So this makes some issue in understanding whether the mobile is not reachable or busy or switched off for Non Hindi states , We are facing this issue for the past few months only. So TRAI has given any such instruction to provide service only in Hindi (even in Non Hindi speaking states) Please provide the copy of the same.

Thanks

Note: Please reply only in English or Tamil not inHindi.
