1. Please let me have the license/registration details of the BTS telecom tower installed on the roof top of residential house of S- 212, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi.
2. Please provide details of since when has the said tower been installed and the date of license/registration granted for installation of such BTS/telecom tower along with details of all renewals thereof. Please also provide copies of all such licenses/registrations/renewal certificates granted for such BTS.
3. Please provide information of all test reports conducted on said BTS/Telecom tower located at S-212 Panchsheel Park, New Delhi- 110017 by DoT or submitted by the telecom company in this regard.
4. Please provide details of all showcause notices / other notices issued with respect to said BTS/Telecom tower.
5. Please provide a checklist of compliances to be undertaken with respect to each telecom tower and the status of the compliances u8ndertaken with respect to the said BTS/Telecom Tower.
6. Please let us know of the requirements of height if any with respect to buildings in the vicinity of BTS/telecom towers. Whether the height of the BTS should be above the level of buildings close to/in front of the BTS as well as distance from schools.
7. Please provide details of radiation testing conducted on the said BTS, if any, by DoT and what were the levels thereof.
8. Please provide details of and procedure established by the DoT for grant of license/registration and renewal thereof for installation of a BTS tower on top of a residential building.
9. Please also let us know if no objection/consents from the other residents of the building was obtained prior to installation of the BTS and whether any such consents are required.
