I am an officer of Indian Telecom Services Group A (Staff no. 00386) superannuated on 30.6.2010 while working on deemed deputation as Chief General Manager, National Centre for Electronic Switching, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, New Delhi.
As my Reviewing Authority had recorded some snide remarks in my ACR for the year 2007-08, I had filed O.A. 3975/2011 that was disposed off on August 8, 2014 by the Honorable Central Administrative Tribunal. This was followed up R.A. no. 200/2014 disposed off on December 3, 2015 and C.P. no. 569/2016 disposed off on January 5, 2017 and my representation against entries in my ACR was disposed vide CS/Adv. (HRD)/CAT/OA.II/ 2011/St.No.386 on January 3, 2017
As provided under section 2(j) of the Right to Information Act 2005, I may be advised the date & time when I can inspect the following files relating to above and related documents/ records maintained by DOT (Department of Telecommunications, Government of India) with a view to take notes, extracts and certified copies of the relevant portion of the files/ documents/records-
1) File in which O.A. no. 3975/2011 was processed by DOT.
2) File in which R.A. no. 200/2014 was processed by DOT.
3) File in which C.P. no. 3569975/2016 was processed by DOT.
4) File no. CS/Adv.(HRD)/CAT/OA.II/2011/St.No.386 in which my representation against entries in ACR for the year 2007-08 was processed by DOT.
