1. The MTNL Mobile tower installed on the roof top of BA-343 Tagore Garden is approved from Municipal Corporation of Delhi or not
2. Before the erection of this tower was the structural stability of the building was checked thoroughly and verified according to the Development Control rules
3. Was the consent taken from the owners of the adjacent houses and Resident Welfare Association BA-Block before the erection of this tower
4. In case of an Earthquake/ Wind Related Disaster what if this tower falls and damages the nearby buildings or causes death of lives who would be held responsible
5. Is this tower only used by MTNL for signal transmission or it is also being used by other service providers (Vodafone/Airtel/Idea or others)
