Dear sir, (Late) Tapan Kumar Mukherjee was supposed to receive the increased pension due to the latest pay commission decision. He was also supposed to get the arrear due to him from the agreed date. he is retired from BSNL which was previously a part of department of Telecommunications (DOT). Now that he is no more, please help me understand why I will not get his due (arears) and my part of the amended pension amount. I have attached his pension book scanned copy herewith for your perusal.
