2nd ITU ASIA-PACIFIC CENTRES OF EXCELLENCE STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING, 28-29 JANUARY 2016, IIM-B, BENGALURU, INDIA

DoT is hosting the ITU Asia Pacific Centers of Excellence (ASP COE) Steering Committee Meeting during 28 & 29 January, 2016 at IIM Bangalore as the venue.  The Steering Committee consists of respective administration focal points from the selected APT Centre of Excellence (India, China, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia) identified to offer different training programmes for participation from ASEAN Pacific Region.  The Steering Committee consisting of respective ITU focal points and Regional Director, ITU will review the performance of different ITU Centre of Excellence during 2015 and their plans for 2016.  ALTTC, BSNL has been selected through a rigorous process by the ITU as ITU ASP Centre of Excellence in the Asia Pacific Region for delivering training programmes on Access to Broadband during the period 2015 to 2018.  ALTTC has already conducted one training programme in October, 2015 on Broadband Access.
