1. As per the news story published in the news papers including Time of India dated 25.12.2022, some DoT officers are compulsory retired under Rule FR 56(J) and Rule 48 of CCS(Pension) Rules, 1972 (Copy attached). Provide details of the officers with their names, designations and place of posting.
2. Honorable Lokpal has passed order dated 14.11.2022 into my complaint against Mr Neeraj Agarwal, the then posted in Prasar Bharati on deputation as ADG AIR and DD Mumbai (Copy attached). Wherein Lokpal has passed directions in operative Para 20 of the order for various actions against him. Provide details of the action taken against him till date.
3. Mr Rajeev Singh, PGM, Finance, UP(W) Circle, BSNL, New Delhi who had resigned DoT (BSNL) and joined Prasar Bharati as Member(F) wef 09.04.2015 for a fix term of six years. His fix term had ended on 08.04.2021 (Copy attached). He had surrendered technical resignation from DoT (BSNL) which was duly accepted by the BSNL vide letter No. 1/4/2009/SEA-BSNL dated 23.04.2015. (1) Provide details of various retiral benefits paid to him after his resignation from DoT (BSNL) wef 23.04.2015. (2) Also provide date of his reinstatement in DoT(BSNL) after his end of term in Prasar Bharati as Member(F). (3) Also provide details of payments made to him after his reinstatement till date.
