On death of my husband,who died while in service,on 20th Jan.2015working in Dakshina Kannada Tele. Dist, Karnataka, I, being IInd Wife and Smt.Ramya K.D., Daughter from first wife (deceased)were sanctioned Family pension equally, with POno.562015012217952 & /218398 respectively.
Now Smt.Ramya K.D.,daughter from Ist wife got married on 25-04-2016 and I had requested for restoration of Daughter's portion of Family pension to me as she is no more eligible for drawing F/pesion. In this respect I had sent all the required documents to O/o CCA, Bangalore in May, 2016 and till date the case is not settled. Kindly help me as I have to look after my two Children.
